bike gear gifts workshopLooking for something practical, sweet, and low-cost to show that special someone (or maybe yourself) just how much you appreciate them? Come to the Bike Works bike gear gift making class! We'll be making bucket panniers and helmet ear muffs. Bucket panniers are light weight, waterproof, capacious, visible, and stylish. Helmet earmuffs (made of your choice of wool or fleece) velcro around the straps to your helmet and cover your ears. They stay on the helmet, so they aren't one more piece of gear to lose, and fit over a hat as well. Keep you and your stuff warm and dry over the holidays and through the winter. Sun Dec 16, 1:30-3:30

pediatric clinic in the Rainier ValleyHopeCentral Pediatrics and Behavioral Health is preparing to open a pediatric and behavioral health primary care practice in Rainier Valley in 2013. Some of you may have participated in an initial survey we conducted about a year ago (when we had a different name). As we get closer to opening, we wanted to do another round of research on some of the key features of our plan. Please take 5 minutes to complete our Google survey. Thank you!
